Tuner 'stages' have been around much longer than the Dodge Neon

Yeah, Classic Mini aftermarket suppliers used "Stage 1" and "Stage 2" since the early 70's.

Sorry, maybe my question was not clear.

I know what stage 1, 2 3 means. My question is in refereance to RR saying to expect a "stage 3" soon. Stage 3 what? I went to their website expecting to see a stage 1 and stage 2 kit of some type. I found nothing of the sort.

Stage 3 is generally an "off road use" tune and can be reletively extreme!

Not true. Maybe it has be misunderstood. Stage 3 referred to the Ultimate ECM. It is totally for street use. Everything we have on the site is for street use. In fact, we have more "OFF ROAD USE products" but they are not on the site. Contact me for more details if interested. You will see more soon from us. We are building up a bunch of products that will soon be part of a PR release.

I shall inquire about this right now, I assume that involves the new clutch that was recently added to the website; now that the holding power is there, that means 300whp is awaiting a turbo to handle it and then a tune. There's a turbo upgrade on the market available right now, that should be good for 320-350whp; but there wasn't a clutch until recently. That being said, when are we gonna see details on the terrible beast with 300whp give or take a few hp ? According to what I know, the parts are there; but there's not a supporting tune that anyone has talked publicly about........so what you got for us RR, it goes without saying there are those interested.
    Mods I don't have:
    cage
    stripped interior
    chassis braces
    cam
    big turbo
    new internals
    ....pretty much everything else

My experience with the Abarth is that simply plugging in a piggyback and blasting off May be overlooking this important point. I believe that a constant AFR of around 12.5 across the tach is important to achieve rather than some arbitrary high peak HP. Tweaking the available settings on a piggyback such as 500 Madness V2 can accomplish this. On some settings we found good hp but a bad high AFR. If you can get this number around 12:1 or so your hp can still b good over a wider rpm span and your engine will be much happier. When it goes rich around 6200 (my car) you just found your shift point.
