I prefer the carpet rear seat backs, on all the NA 500’s. All the European, Asian, Australian, Middle East, etc. have the plain metal backs. That scratch up, when loading items. Looks unfinished. Just cheap.

On our 500L. The only resemblance to a Mini, is the back roof line, behind the C pillar. As for a 4 door small 500. It would still wouldn’t have helped Fiat sells numbers here. The 500X filled, that foot print, as a small crossover. It’s sales number aren’t stellar.

The NAFTA 500s have the carpeted seat backs. Fiat USA felt the plain seatbacks didn't look good for this market. By the way, it was not a minor update.

Simple... the man is a genius... and he probably quoted an older article. I do multiple quotes by opening 2 browsers, doing a quote, then copy it into the 2nd browser's comment. Make changes as needed.

I've really grown to like 500L's looks now... it only took 7 years.

We like the looks of it, in 2014. It looked good, in the darker colors. The price was fantastic, $6k, under sticker. The interior of it was really nice too. Ours spent too much time in the Fiat service department. For my taste.

It's pretty easy. Right click "Reply with Quote" and select "Open in new Tab". That gives you the text you need. Copy into your new reply. As a web-designer, he does know extra tricks.

Yep... just copied/pasted the original quote, put in a new user and text.
