Spoke with Fiat Customer Service and all Gucci owners will receive their key fob covers no later than 3 months, possibly sooner. I say hold your breath but that is the latest update. I'm staying on them because it is quite aggravating. End result though is we WILL get our key fob covers and I won't stop until we do.

I too will be joining your calling campaign...I picked up my Gucci 2day and as expected, it did not come with the appropriate Gucci key fobs...everyone at the dealer acted like they didn't know what I was talking about...so call I will, until we both get what's due *_*

Spoke with them this morning. They are still looking about a month or so out. Problems with the manufacturer in Italy. Crazy..

Huh, interesting...well, as luck would have it, I'll be in Italy later this month with plans to visit the Fiat Lingotto Factory...I think I'll use that opportunity to bring up the US problems we're having with acquiring the Gucci key fobs...maybe that will bring some attention to this issue...thx for the update !!!

Yea, that's the part that is simply egregious...so I called Customer Care yesterday and got the same spiel you did about it being another couple of months before they can get their hands on them...at least they didn't act as oblivious about the key fobs as my dealer did...SMH...anywho, I plan to keep calling & calling until they fulfill what should have been delivered as part of the Gucci package.
