there was a reason why the 500 wasn't sent ,it was prepped but a last minute decision to send the 500X instead had to do with upcoming changes in order to satisfy safety requirements .Hence the promise to make it up to us
Sorry, that excuse does not make any sense. They sent the 500e to car shows all over the country. To pull the plug on the club filled with actual Fiat owners shows their level of respect to owners. No way to sugar coat it. Yanking the car at the last minute from their most loyal owners says a lot. And it ain't good.
I'd like to see how will they make it up? They need to do it BIG TIME as they are rapidly loosing their fan base. Making up for it better not be blowing smoke and just selling us another car. It should be upping their customer care level.
They could start by taking care of all the back ordered parts so we have confidence they'll be around.
