I do have a 2017 Fiat 500 Pop. The driver door does not lock with the fob. I can hear the locking mechanism making some noise, but lock only locks about half way. If I manually lock the driver door and hold the key for a good second or two in locking position, the door looks. So the mechanism still works, but seems to be sluggish. Is there any way to lubricate or fix that?
If you take the door panel off you should be able to see the mechanism. Spraying with some kind of lube like white lithium or silicone grease can't hurt. You can also make sure there isn't something broken. In any case, lubing the outside door handles while you are at it is highly recommended as they can get stiff and have been known to break. You can lube the outside door handle pivots from the outside.

Tried to spray lubricant inside the lock, but no difference. When using the actual key I can hear how the door locks and opens. It takes a good second for the module inside to lock and unlock, instead a fraction of a second.
Unlocking with fob works fine.
Also, after turning the lock with the key a few times the module stops responding and needs maybe 20 seconds or so before responding again.
