I saw this the other day - unexpected and hopefully helps them shift a few more units. The Yacht Club trim is really elegant.

Its a shame its the final year of the X. Nice of them to make LED headlights standard. I really like the murdered out look of the X in the picture.

I really not sure how they figure the 500X. Is the best value new car. All the ones, on our
Fiat studio lot are over $31k. A 7 year old vehicle run. A yacht club model.
Priced at $34.500.

You can go out a buy a loaded 2nd gen Honda HRV, EXL. for $27.500. AWD.

When we went out to replace the old totaled 07 Honda Fit, and lemon 500L.
We cross shop The 500x, Kia Soul, HRV, and the Honda Fit. All 2016 models.
Those old 2 cars, were used for our trade show business.
The 500x was the highest priced one. The studio wouldn’t budge price wise,
at the time. Loaded one $29k. They went belly up, less than a year open.

The 500x had the smallest usable cargo space. Smaller than a Honda Fiit The HRV
Had the largest, then came the Kia. The HRV had a wimpy engine, Both vehicles,
the Fit and Soul listed under $25k well equipped. That we decided to purchase for the business.
Good fuel economy, both haven’t never been in the shop, for 7years ownership.

The funny or not so funny thing is when you go onto the Fiat USA website, you still can't build a 2023 model 500X.



The story is technically on the 2022 500X winning the award, but Fiat USA talks about the 2023 500X in their press release. I had some pictures I took of the 500X Trekking Fiat sent me to drive a while back, so I felt OK posting them even though the Trekking model isn't available anymore in 2023. When the 2023 eventually come out, there will be just a Pop and Sport version

They figured out their list by vehicles that are priced below the median price of the category with specific equipment and safety features. The prices were between $23-and $30K.
