Can the OEM fog lights be adjusted up or down?

My fog lights basically light up the first 5 feet of pavement in front of the car. Can i adjust them up like you can with the headlights?

I'm about 99.9% certain that would be a no response.

But you can change the bulbs to LED.
If I can locate the bulb info I used (on my Pop) I will come return & provide the info.

I don't know what car you have but here are a couple of posts I found on the forum on adjusting the fog lights:

Sport:

Nothing on DVD specific to Abarth buy maybe this will help--

The fog lamp adjustment screw for Sport models is accessed through clearance holes (2) near the right and left outboard ends of the front fascia. The Lounge models do not have clearance holes and the adjustment screws must be accessed by reaching up from under the fascia. A properly aimed front fog lamp (1) will project a pattern on the alignment screen 100 millimeters (4 inches) below the fog lamp centerline and straight ahead of the lamp.

Turn the fog lamps ON.

Insert a screwdriver through the clearance hole (Sport models) or reach around the underside of the fascia to rotate the vertical adjustment screw on each lamp to adjust the beam height as required.

Abarth fog light:

Ok, just an update on aligning the fog lights on the Abarth.

Tools : # 10 Torx Screw driver.

There is no need to remove the grille. On top of the fog lights, the grille has an indentation with a hole, trough that hole you will see a torx silver screw. Turn to adjust.

Well, I finally got some time to try the foglight adjustment. Neither if the two suggested methods worked for my 2012 500 Cabrio Lounge. However, I found out how to do it!
The black plastic grille around the outside of the fog light has a small hole at the 6 oclock position. You insert a screw driver into that hole, push downward (protecting the paint) and pry the bottom of the grille off. Then gently pry the sides of the grille off and once all the clips are released, pull downward and the grille is now in your hand. You now have access to the fog light mounting bolts, in case you want to remove the foglights,but more importantly for me, the adjustment screw was easily seen at about the 5 oclock position under the foglight. To adjust the beam up, you turn the adjustment wheel clockwise (looking up at it from the ground). When done, simply slide the top part of the grille up and under the bumper trim, then push the grille into place. You will hear and feel the clips snap into place!
