I'm losing my mind over this.
My suspension has been noisy, boomy, for 3 years since my struts, mounts, and sway links were replaced. I put the CFP top hats on at the same time. All this time my noisy suspension was caused by these pieces of junk! 2 days ago everything started to clunk, squeak, and others.
I reverted back to the stock disk mounts. I flipped them over so the preload was increased, so if it ever wanted to clunk, it can't.
SILENCE! I was over the moon.
Now when I turn the steering wheel to the right with a bit of quickness, I get a creak/groan for a bit of steering lock. What the hell??? Tie rod?
I verified that the top hats don't turn with the steering. Nor does that bolt. So I am at a loss here. Please help. 27,000~ miles, 2017 500 Abarth.
