About a year ago I noticed something seems to be missing just between the windshield wipers. It looks like something important goes there. It's a 2012 500c, if that helps.
I keep forgetting to look at other Fiats when I see them. What used to be there?

No worries, that is just a cover. Technically called a Cowl Cover and about $7 the last I looked.
