I find it interesting that Poste Italiane is where you go to pay your utility bills and can actually store packages. If I understood it correctly, mail could also be held for later delivery. The USPS has (had?) that service also... usually enacted when your mailbox is overflowing.
The last thing I bought from Italy (2018) where the person used Italian Post without me knowing took at least 3 months to get (just looked at the receipt to double check Crazy!). Tracking was a joke. It was a handful of small trim clips for my old car, so not a big envelope. Really aggravating. I try not to buy anything from Italy. I look at Spain and UK. DHL is the way I prefer. It takes less time to get stuff from the UK than it does from places in NY State.

I purchased various suspension braces direct from DNA racing Italy. They were great to deal with, great prices and contacted me to advise there would be a short delay for one part and asked if I wanted to cancel. They shipped DHL. Everything arrived quickly.
2016 Abarth Rosso: auto, sunroof, nero leather, electronic climate control, no Beats, ATM fmic, DNA chassis braces, Prometeo skid plate, 25mm tubular rear torsion bar, E.C. V. 3 intake, Euro 4th gen halo tail lights, Kenwood Excelon DDX 9906 head unit, 50th Anniversary Abarth wheels, 205/40/17 Michelin Pilot AS4 tires.

Maybe he mean misfiring instead of shorting? 14.7 stoichiometric mix is perfect, but around 12.5 supposedly burns quicker. Around 10 and the mix could misfire as well as spew raw fuel out the pipe, so far as I understand.

Yes, misfiring. The word had escaped me at the time. lol

I've had the car on the dyno on 3 occasions and each time the car misfired at one point or another.
