Any help is much appreciated.
I am super excited to use the car, but I need it to start!
Measure your battery's tray size (WxLxH) and head down to somewhere that they display batteries to pick one out. I don't shop many products at Walmart, excepting batteries. Any battery that will fit in the tray will do fine, so long as the terminal location and voltage match up. A battery with more CCA is a good thing.
I got that group 51 from the research I did. I guy was putting that in his car.
Googling the size, I found this:
BCI Groups 51 and 51R batteries feature physical dimensions of 9.374 x 5.0625 x 8.8125 inches (23.8 x 12.9 x 22.3 cm), or at least very close to these dimensions.
Measure your battery and let us know. Also, if you post a picture of what's written on your battery, like the part number, that can help with the search. Let us know.
By the way, post a picture of your car. We'd love to see it!
