Clunk between reverse and drive, any thoughts?

Ever since about 30k miles I've had this periodic clunk. Only when the car is warmed up, and potentially after more spirited driving (thought haven't tested enough to confirm). This also only happens between reverse and drive, not neutral to drive, or park to drive.

With my Abarth being a 18', it's still under warranty so I took it to my local dealer who said they couldn't replicate the problem. After sharing this video with them, they say it needed a passenger side engine mount and a torque arm mount. However I've had not other engine clunks over bumps or when the vehicle is cold. I had them do the work since it was free anyway, and noticed today that the problem is still occurring.

In this video you'll see what I mean. This example is a day where it was particularly bad. Typically it is much less noticeable but still louder / harder than what you'd expect going from reverse to drive.

Any advice or suggestions would be great.

Is that with the brake pedal depressed? That's a heck of a jerk for a car at idle.
