Koni Special Active struts and shocks

Does anyone know if the Koni Special Active FSD front struts are the same or an improvement over the factory Cofap FSD front struts?

    https://www.koni.com/en-US/Cars/Prod...pecial-Active/

I have Koni Sport rear shocks (aka Koni Yellows) set to 2 half-turns; wondering if Koni Special Active FSD rear shocks would be beneficial?

I don't have an issue with the way the car feels currently, but always on the lookout for something "better".

My car is a North American 2013 Abarth daily driver, 74000 kms, stock springs except 3/4-coil rear Zonker cut, usual chassis mods. No tracking or autocross use.

KONI Yellows are the best strut for the North American FIAT 500 ABARTH.

The next step above that would be the KW V3 Coilover Suspension.

I think the "yellows" are an improvement in control and handling, especially if you are lowered, because you can soften them over the OEM struts.

If anyone is looking to buy them, danaport.com has them for very cheap and they have coupon codes to make it even cheaper. I googled for coupons and found a code that worked that saved me a little more.

Also, I was hesitant to order from them because the prices were much cheaper compared to others, but I read about experiences others had who ordered from them and the worst thing I found was ppl having to wait a long time and in the end just getting a refund.
Just ordered springs from them and got a tracking number a week later.
I recently started a full time job, so between school and work I have very little free time for anything else. The decal making has been put on hold.

I'll have to check my archives but I don't think the Yellow will produce less Rebound than the stockers. Partly why stock may *seem* harsh at times is related to the bump stops and lack of compression and that's where the yellows shine for an OEM-space suspension.

From reading Koni's website, it sounds like the FSD's would be better than the Sports for the anomalies and varied surfaces found during street use. The Sports would be better for a consistent surface, such as found on a track.

Danaport doesn't seem to have Koni's listed for the Fiat 500.
