    Thank you Rocco,

I'm really enjoying the car. The rack I ordered is the Mopar rack that has been discontinued. Our normal FIAT dealer didn't have any, but said there was a dealer in CA who has one.

I just got off the phone with the that store, and the parts rep is out of the office. So still don't know when it will show up.

    Thank you,

You nailed it with not showing dirt. Which is a huge plus for me, and my 5 miles of poorly maintained dirt county road that I must drive to get home. Also we've been getting rain every other day here in central Texas so my driveway stays awfully muddy.

I've still been hitting it with some waterless car wash on the weekends tho.

    Thank you Flysquasher!

I made it to the meet in June, had to skip July as my little brother turned 30... but I have full intentions on being there in August.

In other news, my roof rack showed up yesterday so Abby and I had a productive lunch hour.

I could get spoiled to working in the show room with A/C.

Are those German made Lorinser alloys on that gray Abarth. Im use to seeing those, on a smart car.

    Good eye!

For a long time it had a custom one-off set of wheels. We always has customers ask if they could get them, and that wasn't an option.

We've been the North American Partner for Lorinser for year with the smart car, so we had some wheels made to test on the 500.
They do come with a full set of PCD Variation Bolts to allow them to be installed on the 500.

    Update on the ABARTH:
I'm installing a Monza Exhaust after work today!

    Hi eveyone,

I realized I haven't had an opportunity to update this tread in a while. Things have been crazy busy at the shop. THANK YOU to everyone who's ordered from us, it is a great problem to have.

But I wanted to check in and give a little update on Abby.

Hit 101k miles on the way home yesterday, other than a P0456 code that likes to show up everytime I fill up she's been great to me.

I got the Monza Exhaust installed with Carbon Fiber Tips, been loving the deeper tone over the factory exhaust.

And I picked up a roof basket to start working on a more proper Ecto-500 look.

And this past weekend I installed one of our SILA Power+ ECM Modules.
I went this route over the MAXPower PRO because I am a very mellow driver, I've been very happy with the performance of the ABARTH but just wanted a little more "OOMPF" on some of the hills for my daily commute, and to offset the added drag of the roof basket. It even comes in at a lower price and I am TRYING to keep a budget with this car.
It's been serving me well, altho I do find myself putting a bit more foot in it these days.

But mostly I've been having fun driving it and collecting smiles from myself and others.
I see 2 people taking pictures a week while driving, and the other morning a minivan got along side me, honked a couple times... I look over and the driver has on a "Ghostface" mask. That was a good laugh in Monday morning traffic.

That's a fun car. You'll need to add a couple (3"?) PVC pipes with cleanout caps and maybe some blue (non-functional) driving lights to the rack. I'm fairly sure if the lights work the police might be a bit attentive to your car.

It's like you read my mind!

My dad has worked for local water departments my whole life, needless to say we have a bunch of PVC in the polebarn. I've been playing with some pieces to find what size I need, I feel this 2" guy is a good size, just wish it was about 6inches longer.

I may look into green lights as they're in the safer color realm than blue. I don't want any additional police attention....

Speaking of, I was pulled over on my way home last night for no front license plate.
Today at the office I had one of the Sales Guys ring me up for one of our Plateaffix mounts and put it on today.

Super simple install, took all of 5 minutes, and no more worries getting home.

    Hi everyone!

This past weekend was an eventful one for Abby and I.

Friday we installed the SILA Concepts Short Shifter Adapter.
    https://500madness.com/index.php?rou...hifter+adapter

This little piece took us under an hour to put in, (while filming instruction video) and tightened up my shifting like crazy! I used to feel like I had to fight it sometimes to find 3rd, not anymore.

Most of the weekend was spent in my shop cutting/ drilling/ painting and trying to figure out mounting options, but we managed to get the Tanks built for the roof rack!

I feel the tanks are a solid as I will be able to get them. I can grab any one and shake the entire car without movement of the tanks/ basket/ rack.

I do have a little more I want to get done before Halloween as I've registered for the local trunk-or-treat, but all and all it's coming along nicely.
