Little help with suspension specs (Camber, caster and toe)

That is correct. There is variation. The screw diameter will not be exactly the right size and the hole will not be every time the exact size. Because of variation, engineers design parts with a small nominal gap (unless it is an interference fit, which is not the case here). This small gap can be used to change the angle.

We're honestly looking at +/- 0.05 degrees of variance here...This debate does bring me back to my GS days (why did you class us there SCCA?).
