That sucks, Sonic. I took a hammer to my remaining Kindle when one was stolen. Kindle kept my password active and someone ordered a bunch of stuff. Fortunately when they changed the address, I received a notice. So many of those guys get away with that stuff because cops don't bother to prosecute even when they know who made the fraudulent purchases. 12 years ago, a guy was photographed ordering building supplies several states over, using a blank credit card with my ID. They never did follow up, even though he'd done the same thing at least 3 times... and had his truck license #. Best they did was tell him he couldn't shop at Menards any longer.

Wow, I love seeing those organized garages. I've got 3 cars in my 2 car garage, plus three motorcycles along with a couple of stacks of wheels/tires, tool boxes, work bench, cabinets and shelving and all the other stuff/junk one accumulates.

All this talk sent me looking at my garage once again... another project when it warms up in a month or two? My rafters are low, 7" clearance from the door opener. The HDX 38 gallon totes will be perfect. I can build rails of 2x4 and mount a pair for under $100 and the bottoms will be flush with the rafter bottom. (About $70 for each additional pair.) Each container can hold 150 lbs but 40 to 50 is practical weight. It might be time to enclose the ceiling at the same time.

Done right, those can last forever. Our heavy machine shop had one laid down with the sanded epoxy. All the cracks were sealed, it no longer collected oil, and the sand made traction better. Years later and it was still in good shape, even when rolling heavy steel wheeled carts and heavily laden forklifts on it.

Besides, it's frickin' beautiful.
