    Who has a ported exhaust manifold? Tell me about it!

    I was thinking of getting one after my cat-delete, and I was hoping to hear from people who had already installed the part. I imagine that you spool quicker. Is there an appreciable power gain when installed with a tune?

    I'm trying to get my car to go faster (0-60), and I basically want to know if this is a good way to get there. I already have a 2.5 inch custom catback exhaust, FMIC, intake, ported TB, and I have already decided that the next step is a catless DP. I know that the downpipe will help the car perform, but what should I expect from a ported exhaust manifold?

    Is there a big difference in the products offer by EC and NGEN?

    I can't find good info so anything is appreciated.

    I believe they sell the same tune. I have one for my Sport. Love it.

    By increasing the volume in the manifold upstream of the turbo I doubt it will spool quicker.
