That's the video of their 2 plants, the assembly and stamping plants. I don't know how many 500's they could make, but the plant(s) built around 300K Jeep Compass' in 2019. It's one of the reasons the 500 wasn't profitable and had assembly flaws... too much capacity. They could crank out a year's supply in weeks, then swap back to cars that sold better. It's a bit like having a dozen workers assembling a tool shed.

The new 2021, 500e, is Assembled in Italy.
Yeah, and they did major upgrades to the Italy plant. It's an amazing place.
