2013 Turbo Aftermarket Struts?

Been lurking since 2016 and have found lots of good info here. You all have saved me lots of time and money helping me work on my car over the years.

It's time to replace my struts. When I removed them to look at the PN it shows 04670558AC and 04670559AC. I'm looking to replace them with aftermarket struts but am having some problems.

The Mopar parts catalog calls out for the same strut for both the 2013 and 2014 500T(04670559AE and 04670558AE Sport tuned etc...) but when I search any site (KYB, Monroe, Rockauto etc) I can only come up with struts for the 2014 500T.

Does anyone know if theres a difference between the 2013 and 2014 struts? Could I use, say the KYB 339854 and 339855?

I don't normally have any issues cross referencing parts, but this one has me stumped...

Thanks for the kind words and being a member all these years. The 500T and Sport use the same suspension. As far as the aftermarket, the OEM doesn't provide competitors with fitment information. It is up to the aftermarket to do their own research on applications and specifications. If the aftermarket company doesn't have confirmation the part fits a certain year or model, they will not guess. They just leave the application blank.

I worked for a company that researched parts fitments and provided that information to some well known aftermarket companies. We specialized in VW/Audi fitments and would install parts like brakes and air filters and then report back to these companies on what fit and provided the original OEM part numbers. These companies then used that information for their applications.

I would bet KYB hasn't installed and confirmed they fit on a 2013 and that's the issue, but maybe if you contact them they would have more info.

I'm pretty sure we have folks fit KYBs to all years here on the forum.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I went ahead and ordered the KYB's that fit the 2014 500T (since the OEM PN is the same) Replaced the rears today. They were exactly the same length. We'll see how the fronts go tomorrow
