    Are the Abarth tuners all super lame? It not like this in the Audi realm

    I have been having terrible experiences with 500Mad and EuroC.

    For one, the dudes at madness are literally going mad. I was yelled at by one guy after I asked if my return had arrived. I had to push back on him because I wanted either my money back or a store discount. Then he asked to be more professional. Professional? Isnt that his job? I dont get paid to deal with dummys on the phone.

    And now lets talk about euro compulsion . They still have a chance of redemption but I know they played a dirty trick on me. And here it is: I ordered a ptp lava blanket from them and they sent me a black one.
    you can see here that I got a great deal on the lava as they had it listed as the same price as the regular. Excellent! Ill take it. But no. Instead they send me the black one and THEN adjust their website quietly without letting me know that I should either pay more or cancel or whatever. I wanted lava and got black and the fact that they updated the price on the site tells me they knew they were wrong to send the inferior product which I did not order.

    ill update this post as I get more information. Maybe Covid is sucking the enthusiasm out of these guys? Ive never experienced this level of bad service from and other tuner. But I usually mess with Audi tuners not fiat tuners..

    I can only speak on my dealings with Madness but with my 2013 and returning with my new to me 2017, I've purchased a few accessories here and there, talked to there support a few times. Only once they've messed up an order (Sent me a non bluetooth gopedal when I ordered the bluetooth version) They took care of everything quickly in the exchange

    Congrats, you found a bug in EC's ordering screen. Their Lava (color) are all $20 more, except for the 2018 Abarth... a typo in their system. If you put that in your order cart and snap a picture, they might send you one at that price, or do a swap for $20. I assume that's why they changed the order. Had your return arrived at 500Madness? They have no control over delays in shipment, if that's why you were yelling at him.

    Covid and wildfires are stressing everyone, not to mention screwing up shipments.

    Never had a issue with anyone from Madness autoworks. The Fiat or my smart car. I’d just return the part, have them return your money.

    no. My return was sitting in Texas for quite some time. I was tracking it. Maybe it really is just COVID-19

    there is a pic attached to this post. Ok great I found a bug. So instead of calling me to clear it up just send him the thing he didn’t order. Then quietly fix the bug. Big brain ideas!

    The issue I had is that they let they return sit for so long at the Texas facility. Doesn’t their system alert when a return comes in? Anyways 2 months later I remember that he gave me a store credit.

    Markn1689 wasnt the one doing the yelling..it was a madness employee!

    and dude im right with you. i would be pissed too.

    ive had nothing but issues when taking my fiat to independent garages to have it worked on/inspected/looked at... so f'ing frustrating.

    i wont go into details - but am now determined to do anything that needs doing myself. we'll see how well that works out haha

    hehe yea sorry bro. For me it’s not the end of the world. I have the black now. It’s not that bad. But I think this will end up costing euroC more in shipping to fix it- losing even more money on this deal.
