    Abarth Rear suspension noise

It happens every time through a bump. Anyone know what is the problem?

Top one is there. My guess is that the bottom one is missing.

Make sure it's not the rear bumper cover rattling.

I see a red torsion bar there, I have one. I have to tighten it down every time the weather temperature drastically changes. It is a bear to get tight and will squeak just like that over bumps. It works best if you tighten the hell out of it while the car is level on the ground. Took me 4 times to finally get it to stop squeaking for more than a season.

I’d thought of that too, but mine made single loud clunks when it was flexed. Certainly torque to spec to see if it helps.

the tailpipe hangers are a great point to look at. The elastomer degrades and it becomes metal to metal contact.

Are those after market lowering springs, clunking in the spring pockets? From 500 madness? That’s what it sounds to me. Are parts , 7 and insulators, 8 in there locations?
