Ok, my dealer actually says they will cover the ECU, the valve, and the other extra parts if the warranty doesn't. That's pretty great. Props to my dealer for that.

2017 500 Abarth, manual trans, NAV, Beats, Sunroof, 17" wheels, everything. But no mods. None, nada.
Have talked to a new Fiat customer service person who's looking into the case now, hopeful for a resolution soon. Missing my car as well, been watching 500 Abarth videos and reminiscing about the exhaust note.

I am absolutely delighted to report that after starting a new case with Fiat customer service, Fiat has offered to cover the full cost of parts for the repair, and my dealer will be covering the full cost of labor. So, I will be fully covered. In addition, they have contacted my dealer to expedite a dealer-to-dealer part deal on the ECU, the last part it needs, so that that can be in even faster and so that I can get my car back soon. Unless another issue with it comes up, I should have my car back next week. Massive thank you to Fiat customer service, FiatCares, and also to my dealer for their hospitality. Also, thanks to everyone here who replied to this thread. You were a real help in understanding this and getting this resolved.
