    Cfp strut mount question

What should i torque them too? I followed the crappy instructions online but they keep getting loose. I tightened the bolt until i physically couldnt tighten them anymore (i used a small socket wrench). Should i keep them this tight or is there a specific torque spec i should follow?

I definitely used a cheater on the Allen head. Most replacement shocks come with a nylock nut for this reason. IF you don't have that, and don't want to get one, maybe loctite?

I second the idea for using a nylock nut. FIAT used them for a reason.

Use a nylock nut and do not crank the life out of it. Especially if you have a set with the new spherical bearings, you could crush the bearing.

Right now the torque spec is between 30-40. I torqued the nut until there was no more play in the nut. I am going to buy nylock nuts today but is where i have it torqued alright?
