That was the first thing I changed when I bought my 500T.

I used these for the running lights and they did require a resistor in paralleled to the bulb. Easy to do for the running lights.

I used these for the fog lights. They kinda suck as I had to pull the bumper cover to change the bulbs. That's why I was installing them though. Should never have to change them again. They did not require a resistor. No codes or fault indicators.

Lastly, I used these for the head lights. They also didn't require a resistor. Just plug and play. The light pattern was the same and the light output was increased. They certainly don't match HIDs but they're bright enough for me.

Now all my front lights match in color and shouldn't have to be changed again for quite some time.

You used fog light bulbs in your headlight unit?

    And they're 800 lumen parts?

You know the stock basic yellowy Sylvania bulbs are 1345 lm... significantly brighter then those.

No. I got my part numbers mixed up. Sorry about that.

Hold on a sec. I need to track down which one I used.

    These.

The listing changed after I purchased them.

They claim 10000 lumen but that is hard to believe.

Oh ok, that's much better. 10k lumens is BS, (they also have a 10k fan LOL nope) but the customer pictures show them about 50% brighter than the OEM 3000K bulbs.
