Actually Laura at Fiat Cares, it's been impossible to reach Katrina my case manager. I'm trying to get my rental car extended since it's taking so long for my lifetime warranty to be honored. Can someone help with that without having to go back and forth over the phone. Thanks

My car has been at a dealer for 17 days, and still no confirmation on a ‘fix’ date. How long have you been waiting?

I apologize for not replying right away. I've been off the forum for a while because I live in NYC and am considered an essential worker. I was scheduled to be out of town so once the dealer found out they sped up the fix because they didn't want to have to hold onto my car. The thing that probably took the longest was getting somebody from Fiat/Mopar to go out and look at it and file the report. I hope you had better luck than I did. Of course while I was waiting to get my car I was forced to take the New York City subway during the start of what would become the coronavirus pandemic. As god-awful a car as the Fiat is, it's better than not having to take public transportation.

Yes please, I am trying to get reimbursed for a rental car, etc, which is part of my contract coverage. I faxed it over last month with confirmation but Fiat says they never received it, so I emailed it, but Fiat says they can't receive emails that don't have attachments of more than 1 or 2 pages. Is there another department with a more modern email system I can send it to for reimbursement. t6he attachment is a big PDF because of all the pages, including proof of the original fax send receipt. I can email each page seperately but prefer to keep everything together so i don't receive just 1 reimbursement or 10 seperate checks thanks.

lmfao thats unreal. what email address cant receive more than one or two attachments?!

even...and this is assuming its not lies......an individual person at a company could set up a single gmail account in seconds & get attachments simply & easily. you could use a pseudonym so theres no comeback or whatever.
i cant even believe im writing this basic instructional post. anyone with an ounce of sense could work this out.

omg providence, im getting frustrated & angry on your behalf. calm down matt!

Dang...Knock on wood, we haven't had any significant problems with either our '15 or current '17 L(s). Need to get in for the 30K mile service; but we haven't put 100 miles on Elle in the last five weeks!!

I would never send huge attachments via email. Either Zip them or just use We Transfer.

well they are hardly huge attachments are they? im interested why you wouldnt send email attachments?

im also sure that if fiat cant receive simple email attachments, they wouldnt be able to cope with zipped files or 'we transfer' either lol

an option i tend to prefer is taking photos of the papers & then attaching them. clear to read & then they can be printed if needed
