500X Factory Tuning Compared to 500 Abarth?

We're considering a 20016 Renegade 1.4L/6spd, and since it's essentially the same mechanically as the 500x I thought I'd ask here. How does the power curve compare to the 500 Abarth in Normal or Sport mode? For the Abarth both modes have the same peak power but in Sport it allows more boost to fatten the lower rpm power curve. Anyone know how this is set up in the 500X/Renegade?

With an extra 1000lbs it would seem more bottom end power would be a good thing!

More like an extra 500lbs. My wife can take me off the line, very briefly, but halfway thru second we’re matched. She has to get me from a stop. I’ve pissed her off before when I can pretty easily stay next to her from a roll.
16’ 500X Pop, Rosso, 1.4T/M6, 18” O.Z. 45th Anniversary wheels, H&R springs, Momo shift knob, K&N drop in, MPX Throttle Body, Deyeme Racing CDV delete, Magnaflow (Renegade) cat-back with custom 2.5” B-pipe by http://stagefp.com/, ATP Highflow downpipe.

    13’ 500 Abarth, Bianco, M5,
17”, Koni shocks, Eibach Prokit, CFP Hats, ES/EC bumpstops and seats, Powerstop rotors and pads, K&N drop in. (Wife's)

Yes, I found that after I posted - the 1.4L/6spd is supposedly 3183lbs, though the roof might add to that. Still not 1000lbs more than the Abarth.

If you actually found a manual with a sunroof, jump on it. It’s the only regret I have. I bought mine new in 2016 and a roof wasn’t an option for a 1.4 manual. I nearly traded it in on one with a roof and didn’t. Now I can’t find one.
otherwise I absolutely love this car. I’ve had a huge diversity of past cool cars and trucks, and this one still makes me smile to drive after 3.5 years.

Going to look at a 2016 1.4L/6spd 4X4 Renegade Saturday. It has the 75th anniversary package with 18" alloys. I know it's not the 500X, but it's pretty close underneath and it's made in Italy! My wife and I think it will be a good family wagon complement for my 500 Abarth and her Fiesta ST, especially once it gets an exhaust.

Gonna bump this, as I'm still interested in the power curve relative to the Abarth. We had to put off getting one at the moment but I still plan to. I'm kind of assuming it need all the power the 1.4 can put out.

Yeah, I saved that plot previously, but both torque curves merge before the hp peak so you cannot tell from the peak hp numbers given on the 500X/Renegade if it has the increased boost at lower rpm.
