This is my daily driver and has been for 2.5 years - I commute it 40 miles daily. It is great to get in and takes away some of the stress of the day. This result has been 2 years in the making (the plan was to keep it as a budget / fun daily driver); I got lost along the way. It would not have been possible without the help of my friends during the long recovery of my knee reconstruction - they kept the build going for me & my enthusiasm high during my long recovery. Thanks you guys.
My goal was for simple & clean. Less = More

Motor: ATM fender intake, Forge BOV, Forge wastegate, EC intercooler, EC boost leak fix, big bore throttlebody, Brisk silver plugs, 4C coils, RRM 200 cell Hi Flow cat, custom fitted Akrapovic exhaust, RRM lightweight pulley, Neuspeed torque arm insert. On the valve cover, I shaved all of the unneeded bosses from the AOS delete and powdercoated the valve cover a custom wrinkle finish.
A limited edition Rockstar catch can takes the place of the AOS. I fabbed a carbon fiber battery & ECU cover.
PTP turbo blanket on the turbo, PTP downpipe jacket, DEI heat wrapped front section of the exhaust. All of the intercooler piping was double wrapped with DEI gold reflective tape. I put much focus on heat management.

F: Koni yellows, Vogtland springs, Upper front brace, CFP upper strut hats, CFP vertical chassis braces, CFP lower subframe brace, Gruvenparts adjustable swaybar endlinks, Gruvenparts subframe collar bushings, camber kit, Eibach 10mm wheel spacers.
R: Koni yellows, Vogtland springs, CFP vento rear torsion bar, Energy urethane suspension isolators, Energy urethane bump stops, MSR upper chassis bar, Eibach 15mm wheel spacers.
Coated OEM 17" wheels with Road Force balanced Michelin Pilot Sports and a custom spec'd autocross alignment.

Brakes: R1 Concept Geomet slotted rotors, EBC Red pads

Body: Custom metal hood vents, custom intercooler opening, removed side badges, all chrome was blacked out (badges, door handles, trunk handle), black headlights, black directionals, smoked sidemarkers (F&R), smoked side directionals (ALL of these were chrome), TRS HID kit, TRS LED fogs, TRS LED reverse bulbs, custom rear tails, Llumar 15% window tint, vinyl wrapped rear spoiler, Cravenspeed stubby antenna, Cravenspeed rear wiper delete, Stebel horn upgrade, Curt trailer hitch (for my bicycle rack).

Interior: TFT display retrofit, Perrin boost gauge, Garmin 65 dash camera (hardwired), Passport 9500 radar / laser protection (hardwired), LED interior lighting. The Beats woofer was upgraded to a 2ohm DVC sub and the Beats amp was replaced with a 5 channel Soundstream amp. Both of these are in the OEM location for a clean look. The interior speakers were changed for full range Cerwin Vegas. The rear seat was completely deleted, including all of the seatbelts and hardware.

    2013 500 Abarth

Bought car as a fun commuter- it's turning into a bit of a project; after driving through one heavy winter, I've decided to take it in a rally style direction, which will hopefully be complete in the Fall.

    Current State:

    EC V2.1 intake
    MM Piggyback
    Turbosmart WGA
    Mishimoto CC- custom mount
    Alfa 4C coils
    NGK Plugs
    Evap boost purge cap
    MPX 2.5"exhaust

    Neuf Poly engine mount insert
    TMC short shifter assy
    Custom Bronze shift knob
    Poly shift linkages

    Fifteen52 Integrale Wheels
    Pirelli P-Zero Nero
    Eibach Sportline Springs
    Koni Yellows
    Otis Bolts
    Rallyarmor flaps

    Carbon fiber spoiler ext

Alpine ILX-107 HeadUnit w/ maestro RR integration
Custom no-cut 2 din fascia (still being developed)
    Reverse camera
    Arm rest delete

I'm definitely forgetting some things, but that is as it sits today.

I’ll give this a shot. Here is my 2016 500X Pop. It’s our second Fiat. My wife purchased a 2013 500 Abarth about 6 months prior. So when it was time for me to part with my aging Chevy Avalanche, and I figured out that I could have a family hauler with Italian style and the same engine as her Abarth, I was hooked.

First I had the windows tinted and the roof wrapped in black. First oil change, I added a K&N drop in filter and removed the forward intake pipe that seems to only serve as a muffler. Now response is better and you can hear and enjoy all of the turbo sounds. Then I found the right Momo leather shift knob and swapped in a leather wrapped sport steering wheel from a trekking model. Since I bought her, I had been dying to add a set of O.Z. Racing’s Anniversary 45 wheels. The same company who builds the 17” Abarth wheels. They turned 45 in 2016. A classic Italian wheel for my first Italian car and then being the same year, it was meant to be. But by this spring when we decided to bite the bullet, there where none to be found in North America. It became a lengthy stressful ordeal getting them from a European vendor. I wrapped them in 235/45/18 Michelin Pilots and couldn’t be happier.

I’ve had her since new and put almost 60,000 miles on so far. We’ve covered at least half the US, commuted to work, and been on tons of adventures. I truly love driving this car and hope you enjoy it as I have.

Ok, I'll give it a go. Nothing really fancy as my car is still under warranty, so nothing is done to the engine. First, I love this color and especially when the pearl yellow is in the sunlight. I really wanted the 595 Competenzoni, (sp?) but they aren't available here in the USA, so I went looking for some type of badging to show it's a Turbo. After much searching, I found the ones you see on the car as they have a bit of an Italian look, at least to me they do. Then there is the Abarth decal on the dash, another eBay find. Lastly, is the license plate of No So Mellow Yellow, as the car sort of Growls when you start it up. Not as fancy as some here, but it's my Abarth and that's all that matters, on and the best part is that I'm blessed to say I own it with no loan.
