    Hello From Navarre Fl

Joined this forum as we are new owners of a 2015 Fiat Abarth the wife loves her car my home with her is she is driving a pregnant roller skate that why I used that as a user name. I found this forum when I searched for tips on replacing the radiator hose that goes from coolant reservoir to the radiator. I'm a retired auto technician there is no room to work on these things. Even after removing bumper and loosening radiator mount there is still very little room to get my big hands in. The quick connect fitting popped off as wife was driving home she got warning light and pulled off. When I got there to see what happened I had it towed home. Now I get to wait a week to see if the dealer ordered the right part.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about the issue. The space limitations under the hood are one of the downsides to having one of the smallest cars on the road in North America. I've always worked on cars that were difficult or cramped and how I dealt with that is to erase the word easy from my vocabulary. If I expect it to be a nightmare a lot of times a job turns out easier than I imagined it would be. Having a backup car also helps

I swear cars talk to each other my backup car is a 1987 BMW 325I Cabrio, and believe it or not while I'm waiting for the parts for the Abarth to be delivered the same BMW messed up on me today the positive Battery cable had a crack on the lead post looked right but wasn't. Car wouldn't start in Wal-Mart parking lot I was fortunate that the store had a jump unit and was able to get it started and drove it home. Now waiting for the new battery cable to arrive from Amazon. I have a 2007 Tundra so hopefully the other two cars doesn't talk to it lol. As soon as I get all these repairs done I I post some photos of our Abarth baby and work on our profile. Thanks for all the welcomes
