True, it could be a boredom festival, especially if they run multiple races at the same tracks to reduce the travel.

Can the F1 community as a whole firmly remind the powers that be that Spain and France are still way to (boring) dangerous to host events, probably ever...

I seriously hope they pick up Mugello and / or Imola. Talks are ongoing.

I rewatched the Austria 2016 race that was streamed on Youtube yesterday. Great race but I forgot how much of a tool Rosberg was. Dude was quick but lacked tact.

Very excited to have F1 return this weekend. Race at 9:10AM eastern time on ESPN and Univision, and the F1 TV app if you pay for it. First practice is something like 5AM on the east coast, so 2AM Friday morning on the west coast!

Today we had two practice sessions, and it was nice to have some cars out on track for the first time since preseason practice. Mercedes looks to be ahead of everyone, Ferarri not trying to go fast yet (based on tire choices in the first session), but the big news is that Red Bull has filed a protest or asked for a ruling on the Mercedes DAS steering system. F1 says they will rule before Saturday's practice and qualifying, so who knows how this will go. If it's illegal, Mercedes has to remove it. If it's legal, look for Red Bull and other teams to add it to their cars at some point too.

If you're a BIG fan, you can play the F1 fantasy game, and you might even want to consider playing in the league I just set up at this link:https://fantasy.formula1.com/league/169482
It doesn't cost anything to play, and I don't make anything out of it, it's just a fun way to put together your own team and tweak it for every race, and see how you do all season.

Hell of a Qualy. SF did not show up. Going to be a difficult season for them with honest fuel usage.

Three races into the season, and yes, Ferrari is not looking good. Mercedes looks to be walking away with it, maybe Bettas can keep it interesting with Hamilton. Mostly Verstappen with Red Bull could be a rival, we'll see how it goes in the upcoming races. Haas looking not good, but that last race they at least scored 1 point, thanks to a brilliant pit call on the warm up lap to switch to dry tires. Maybe they can get that right and if every race has rain they'll score OK, but I'm not holding my breath on that one! The big story (besides the virus, and the addition of races at the Nurburgring, Imola, Portugal, and MUGELLO) is that awesome battle going on with Racing Point/McLaren/Renault. No race this weekend, but then I think there is another triple header with 3 races in a row.
F1 also has announced that there will NOT be any races in the Americas this year, thanks to the virus. Alonso will return next year, so I'm looking forward to that also.

yes, Racing Point showing that their drivers just needed a better car. Sick of hearing the whiny, british announcers slamming Strohl for having a “rich dad”. What sport are these idiots covering? Every team is owned by somebody rich. Glad that Perez and Strohl are proving the Sky team to be nothing but Hamilton fan-bois. lol. Will Vettel join Racing Point in 2021? If so, then you’ve got a story.
