Attention Drivers & Guests!

Twisted 2020 HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 19-20, 2020!!!!

Due to the current health crisis going on in our country, we have decided to reschedule the event to the 3rd weekend in September (19th - 20th). Currently, the state of Texas has issued an executive order to ban group gatherings greater than 10. Also, Texas is considering a "shelter-in-place" which could take as long as 10-12 weeks, ending several weeks after the event was originally scheduled. We have already been in contact with the 'Inn of The Hills Hotel & Conference Center' in Kerrville in regards to the date change. For those of you who have already booked a reservation, they have already moved your reservation to the new dates.

Here are answers to some commonly asked questions:

1. Why not move the event back to June like it was before?

- June is very hot in the Hill Country. We made the decision to move the event to April/May so that the outside temperatures would be more enjoyable. In addition:
1. Turbos get hot really fast in general. When the temperatures outside are at or exceed 100 degrees, these cars tend to not run as well.
2. Visiting outside with others and looking at cars during this time becomes a challenge when you are excessively sweating because of the heat/humidity!
3. The current direction of the Coronavirus is unknown (at this time it is spreading and is getting worse) so we want to allow ample time for this to hopefully subside.


2. Why did the event change to September?

- We hope that enough time will have passed for this crisis to be resolved as well as allow the temperatures to not be over 100+ degrees.

3. Majority of the event is held outdoors. Why not just enforce 'Social Distancing'?

- As stated above, the State of Texas issued an executive order to ban group gatherings of more than 10, with a possibility of moving to "shelter in place"
- Social interaction is such a huge part of this event. The last thing we want is to restrict or limit this!

4. I can no longer attend the event because of the date being moved to September. How do I cancel and receive a refund?

- Simply respond to this email (please include your First/Last Name) and we will issue you a FULL REFUND (this applies to registration fees and raffle tickets only)!
- If you do need to cancel, please make sure you contact the hotel you have made reservations with so you are not charged!

5. The new date works for me and I will still attend the event! Is there anything I need to change with the hotel or with NGEN Customs & Performance?

- Not at all! We will simply keep your registration fee/information and save it for the new date! We are excited you can still come!
- If you are staying at the 'Inn of the Hills Hotel & Conference Center', your reservation has already been moved to the new date (although we recommend calling them anyways just to make sure). - If you are staying at a different hotel, please contact them directly and move your reservation to the rescheduled date.
