Please see the picture..I stuck my finger in the liquid on the driveway and it does not seem to have any smell. That is why I am assuming this is water? But please give any input and/or advise on what I should do?
Some background info..and not sure/saying this has anything to do with it: Got a new OEM turbo installed, spark plugs, and silicone vacuum lines. Had a gasket/vband clamp leak that I replaced with brand new OEM vband and clamp. Gas smell no longer entered the cabin after that, but today when I did a cold start I did smell gas for maybe 60 seconds and then it went away..went to get my sandwich and came back 5 minutes later to see these splatter marks from my exhaust on the driveway. Oh, the temp outside is a bit warmer today compared to last few days...55 F instead of 35-40 F. I just don't ever remember seeing this before. What's going on? :X

edit: got a few replies somewhere else and it seems the general consensus is water from the exhaust...but feel free to give me any other input!

ty ty...yea looks like i dont need to worry...and as far as the gas smell coming through the fans (even after the leak was fixed) for the first minute i was told this is still somewhat normal for these cars, but ill keep an eye on it!
I get nasty smelling fumes as well, especially when temps drop to near freezing. It's coming out of the exhaust pipe and I occasionally get a whiff when backing up and the heater is blowing. It's normal for these cars until the engine and cat-conv warms a bit. (Incomplete combustion.)
For the spatters, you don't have a muffler to catch the water runoff. Goose the engine and that's what you get (sooty water). Eliminate the cat, or make short trips, and soot is worse... as said, all normal.
Hello, I appreciate the gesture, and by no means is this any of your fault, but unless this is rectified I'm pretty sure I will never go through a dealership or corporate again. I got royally screwed a couple months ago. (see image below for my review of Fullerton Fiat which also had a case opened with corporate)
