Can you tell me if there is any deference between these two
control arms, despite the design ?

size ? performance ?

The control arm pictured at the top looks oem and used
the bottom looks aftermarket, but a bit sturdier...and new

Id go with the bottom one...

I went with the bottom ones, which are made by MOOG.

Dealer wanted $375 for OEM. Forget that!

Got a set from Advance Auto parts for a LOT less!!

After installation, I can confirm there are no issues and they do the job. I'm happy with 'em!!
