How to Change Lower Control Arms

I'm changing out my lower control arms and can't find a good video on doing it. None of the clips I've found so far are complete to me. I could use a written step by step list or a video. I've got the car stripped down to just the strut and swaybar still connected.

There is lot to it. I have seen videos. I believe that they are on youtube somewhere. You need to remove the front bumper and the supports that go back towards the cabin. They are the supports that the front chassis braces bolt to. All of that and all of the wheel components. It doesn't look super complicated, but it will take some time.
