Yea sorry I left that out. I have some good news I guess. Today was even colder than earlier this week (mid to low 60s). The car absolutely loved every bit of it. No stuttering or misfiring in any gear. It's kinda crazy how temperature can play that much of a part in how well a car runs or not.

Temps may be effecting something that's not right with your car. 80* is by no means hot. By this logic, everyone would experience this. Fiat couldnt sell cars in the summer. People would take a test drive and say wtf.

Yes a lot of people notice their turbocharged engine run better in cooler weather. But its laughbale to think they shouldnt run fine in 80* because of rich/lean conditions or any other crap spread by the clown of the internet.

It can reach 80* and regularly does everywhere in the usa. Why doesnt everyone have breakup? People running higher cylinder pressures than you?

I still think you're plugs are compromised in someway and caused the breakup. And regardless there was never any real diagnostics anyways. It's all conjecture from hundreds of miles away. But I can assure you, it has absolutly nothing to do with afr unless your car had major issues that would be evident.

    A few more facts,

Combustion temps can vary by several hundred degrees in various conditions. The turbocharger heats up air usually well over 100 degrees. The difference between a good intercooler and a poor one can easily be 30 or 40 degrees in charge air temps. All these factors dont change how a car runs at the most basic level. They dont cause any kind of run problem. So do you honestly think 10, 20, 30,40 degree difference in unprocessed ambient air can cause an engine to run poorly?

Point is something causes the breakup. Not airtemps in temperate america.

Lol, I'll post this here because, costco.

Costco in st. Louis county filled their gasoline tanks with ethanol and 100s of cars are limping into dealers, breakdown, etc. News picked it up. Bad stuff here. They're interviewing people at a chevy dealer nearby and they've all got $800 plus Bill's do drain their tanks amd clear system.

I didn't see that article. I'm surprised the cars made it to the dealer. A couple "cheap" local stations have dumped diesel into their gas underground tanks.
