The yellows are very high dust. But they are quiet pretty quiet. Rotor friendly, and economical. Most people I know who track their streets cars are partial to ebc too. Especially yellows and blues. We dont have blues in our application.

I would assume you already we re using high temps fluid. Its fundamental. For what you're doing, I'd consider it mandatory. I'd put good tires and hi temp fluid above any brake hardware upgrades for an abarth.

For cheap, non ceramic Pads, the cheapest stoptech, are pretty good. I run them on the front for the street with yellows on the rear and swap yellows onto front for track events. Stopet3chs are way better on dust, silent, and only about $35 a set. Not sure how they'd hold up to track or the enduro you run, but they arent a bad bad for the money. At least equal to oem. At 1/3 price.

Brembo makes brakes for all kinds of cars and trucks and personal transportation. Just because it's a brembo, doesnt mean it very special. Our calipers are basixally the most humble design possible. Regardless, even people with brembo fixed, multi piston calipers, i dont personlly know of many using the brembo replacements for them. You have hundreds of pad choices with brembo 4 and 6 piston designs.

Btw, doverosx is probably the opinion to listen to. He is using his car similar to yours. And he is at least a regional contender. So he can drive a car and his brake setup is up to the level of performance.

I do road course personally. I have most trouble with rotors. My car has fantastic braking for such a humble setup, but the rotors are just not surviving multiple sessions of abs threshold braking from 50 to 90mph.

I'd consider stock fluid or old, fluid a safety hazard personally.
