    Bought a VW today.

I was looking to buy a 2016 Fiat 500X or a 2016 Dodge Dart GT
the FIat and was a maybe but then the dealer only offered me $12,900 for my 2012 Infiniti QX56 108k miles. so it would have made the payments almost $400 per month.
Then I went to a Dodge dealer would have been cheaper than my VW but turns out a customer did a test drive and hit a car damage 2 doors on the driver side. So Went to the other car me and the wife liked they gave us $15,500 the most anyone offered us (except of a Infiniti dealer if we bought a QX50 on a $47k car would have made the payment like in the 580-600 range.) so would have liked a little bit better price but its a CPO car with 2 year warranty and low miles TDI also. but its about $121 cheaper than the Infiniti. ANy tips of advice when the wife or family is sad to see a car you have to let go?
will post pictures if anyone wants to see it.

A 2014 Jetta TDI with premium package. Blue with wheat or light brown seats. Why can’t Fiat sell a car just like this here?

Cool! Wish you the best of luck with it. Everyone I knows who has a TDI loves the mileage and power. As for Fiat selling a sedan like the Jetta, the thinking is the competition is so severe with well established brands here, a new for the US brand would have a hard time getting any attention. They have the Tipo in Europe, but that is more of an economical, high value car and doesn't fit into the "aspirational" side of the brand that the company thinks would work better here.

Thanks, but on a side note does fiat care when they sell a used car or is it mostly about new cars. I know new car are good but my feeling is if you can get more people in Fiats it should help the brand.

Sounds like a great combination. Post a pic or two if you have them handy. I've been checking out online listings for fixed buyback diesels recently and there are some awesome deals out there, glad you picked one up!

I still need to drive one to see how bad they are now that they play nice with the environment. My Golf was faster than my Abarth and returned a classy 42mpg year round average. I actually found my exact spec with 40k miles locally.

I'm missing that car now... </3

its a fun car, but just replaced the OEM headlights. They were dim as heck. Going back to the car its fun, but not as fun as a Fiat. VW sucks when it comes to the infotement. Who knows maybe I will get a Fiat 500x or maybe a 124 spider in the future?
