I liked the fact that FCA was the dominant partner in the FCA/Renault merger. Not so sure how it will play out with PSA. One thing I don't miss is it seems Nissan is a run by some questionable characters after seeing what they and the Japanese legal system did to Carlos Ghosn.

If Ghosn had stolen his $100M from Renault, instead of Nissan, he wouldn't be a red-listed criminal today. When Gajin are caught robbing one of Japan's historic companies, it's not going to end well, especially when you've laid off so many workers and disrupted business. Unlike in the US or Europe, where it makes you a star.

There seems to be evidence that counters that charge. Whether true or not, and judging by his treatment, he would never get a fair trial in a judicial system that has a 98-99% conviction rate. His treatment was barbaric.
