I've just fitted a Magnecor ignition lead set on the car that I brought to the show. Beware: If you have a side exit distributor cap like I have, the set for the X1/9 doesn't fit as they're too short. The set they advertise is obviously for a top exit cap. I had to send one lead back and get another one made longer. Or am I the only X1/9 owner with a Marelli side exit cap that points towards the coil...? If it pointed the other way it would've been ok...
Second thing: Can anyone identify the green lead (arrowed) in the pic? It comes through the engine bay/cockpit wall and goes nowhere...
Both senders on the back of the engine have their wires connected to them, so it's not that.

I bought these for my old Alfa 164- the lengths I received for three cylinders were completely wrong and had to be exchanged. They don't seem to be too swift over there.
