    Wheel Spacers? Lowered?

Looking for examples of what the 500X looks like lowered and with wheel spacers...one or both would be great if you can share pictures. I might just take the leap and get 17mm spacers and the 1.4" lowering springs. Thanks!

skip the spacers and put a wider wheel and/or tire on it.
    My wheels just arrived today...

It occurred to me that I hadn’t updated this answer since the wheels are on. They’re 18x7.5” with 235/45’s they fill the Wheel wells so much better.

At the same time I am now searching for a solution to go lower and also considering your route and using a mild H&R spacer in the rear. The front is pretty flush but there’s a little overhang in the rear fenders.

njo500x what did you end up doing?

@Mikeyjm1, could you post or send me some photos in better resolution? I have bought begging of this year oem 18" wheels from the Cross version but I didn't think they would be so hidden (just like my default 17"). That's why I was thinking on getting some spacers.

I cranked it up as best I could on this old iPhone. And got some better reference shots for offset. This is an 18x7.5 with no spacer and lowered about 1.2/1.4”

I had mine lowered on the first version of Madness Renegade/X springs and a set of aftermarket wheels that were 8.5” wide. Just wish it was able to go lower.

I’m with you Haring. I’m dying for lower. Bilstein has released a Coilover set but it barely goes lower.
