    Spark Plug Wire source?

It seems easy to find good plugs and coil packs for the Abarth, but I can't seem to find any spark plug wires/harnesses that look like OEM replacements. I have new plugs and coil packs now but would like to replace the wires, too. Suggestions?

    Thanks.

I was going to say; the trigger power to the coil packs is low voltage. If not physically damaged, what would be the purpose of replacement?

Sorry, wasn’t clear. The wires from the coil pack to the engine. I’ve a #1 cylinder misfire. Switched plugs and coil packs with another cylinder to check those components so the remaining fault source might be the 3-wire cable from the coil pack to the back of the engine. Which I haven’t been able to disconnect anyway, so this may be moot.

Since I bought the car in late 2013, all the dealers have dropped Fiat in this area:

Sacramento Chrysler...etc. (where I bought it)
    Niello Fiat
    Roseville Fiat
    Elk Grove Fiat

Nearest dealer/service is now about 50 miles away and I don’t know who to trust anymore (I wonder where the trained Fiat mechanics are ending up?)

So I’m trying to sort this out myself before I have it towed to this “new” place.

Also, I can’t seem to find this simple info: are the cylinders numbered from the driver’s side, 1-4 (left-hand drive)?

A misfire doesn't automatically.mean ignition. If you swapped coils and plugs with a known good coil, I'd be looking for one of the many other causes of a misfire. Especially if it targeted to one cylinder. Could be am injector. Spark plug grommet, head gasket, many things. Wiring harness is least likely cause and can be pretty.much eliminated if that coil is getting energy to spark.

To replace a single section of harness youd have to wire yourself or wire in a section frkma. Junk harness. Personally I'd start checking for other issues. The results of your coil swap tell common sense to look at other systems, not to start cutting up your witr harness. You might want to leave this to a shop if that's your thinking.

Hitting a couple of basics here: your oil level is good. The correct viscosity and you're not overdue on your change. Any of these can cause a misfire. Like was stated above start at the basics and go through troubleshooting logically and methodically. You can find misfire troubleshooting steps online.
