    Have you had any wierd messages or errors communicating with scanner? And unusual canbus chatter?

    Nope. Obdautodoctor connects perfectly fine. My handheld connects perfectly fine as well, no codes, and multiecuscan connects as well, no codes.

    Just let the car sit for 4 days after a drive cycle, and tried 5 mins ago, evap and o2 still not ready.

    still no luck. obdautodoctor says 16 ignition cycles, which sounds about right - it's been about 4 weeks / have tried to drive at least 3 - 4 days per week.

    do these screengrabs showing the mfr tests for each category mean anything to anyone?

    About ready to give up. Evap just refuses to set, dealership says they can't do any diagnosis without a code, and my local mechanic says the same. >300 miles at present.

    I'm trying an o2 sensor spacer to see if I can get o2 ready. If that doesn't work, just going back to the stock downpipe (will have to buy a new exhaust as I don't have mine anymore,) and will have to just sell the supersprint. Sigh.

    evap just won't set, but I put a spacer on the downstream o2, and it went to ready in one highway drive of 30 mins.

    I was seriously losing sleep over this. So happy it's sorted.

    So, tl;dr for the archives - one tiny vibrant straight spacer with the small insert got my supersprint to set ready in a single drive.

    You had a supersprint cat? Evap still hasnt completed? Very strange. They are always the last 2, but usually evap completes before cat. Cant believe 300+ miles hadn't completed them. I guess you can pass emissions with no faults but 1 incomplete where u live?

    Correct, no faults and one incomplete = pass in NJ.

    I reflashed with e+D p2+, and have only out about 15 miles on since the reflash, so cat /evap /o2 are incomplete again, but I have 2 years to deal with that

    Evap totally should have set. Very strange it won't, but I have heard of other Abarths, even bone stock, where it will just never Set (maybe due to the complexity of the system? Who knows.)
