    Woo-hoo! Bought my Abarth!

    Finally!

After nearly a couple of years of waiting for the good deal to come along, and a couple of weeks after putting a deposit on a car sight-unseen, I finally test drove it tonight and confirmed the purchase.

At 62k miles, it's not new by any means, but it is in decent shape for a 2013.

There are a couple of issues to address, namely the side moulding that's separating/unglueing from the body on the pass. side - which for some reason doesn't show on the pics - and a clunking noise in the front suspension, but it has a new windshield, new brakes all around, and is overall very clean (save for a nasty scratch on the rear bumper, which I will cover with an Abarth scorpion sticker or something).

    On to the pics!

    Congrats man! Looks great!

The clunk is either a strut mount/blown strut or sway bar end link loose. Both easy to fix.

I thought the same, although I'm leaning towards the strut mount. Hopefully, it's not the strut itself... cha-ching! Love your Youtube channel BTW!

Absolutely LOVE the seat and the door card color! Totally jealous and wish I had been able to find my car with that option!

Red seats are the best, especially with black & white. Nice...

Congrats on the new ride! I agree with NGEN......I'm thinking the upper strut mount with that many miles on it.

Congrats on the Abarth! An Abarth Cabrio in the spring is perfect timing. Have fun!

Having had a 1997 Z3 2.8 and a 1999 E36 M3 in the past, I've been longing for a decent 'vert for a while, and the newer BMWs just don't do it for me, and neither do the MBs. The Abarth fits the bill.
