Wheel Vintiques Smoothie wheels. anybody have em?

Hi there, hoping someone here might have a set of Wheel Vintiques smoothies on their 500. I dig the retro look but the cost of the OEM forged aluminum 1957 edition wheels is crazy. The Wheel Vintiques website says their wheels are specifically made for the 500 and are a direct fit, but the backspacing they advertise is off a bit from the original backspacing i believe. Anybody have experience with them? Pics? I cant find a single pic online of a 500 wearing them.

    Thanks!

I ordered them a week ago - they are made to order and take 2 months or so to come in. I got the white ones to match the white 2017 POP. I got the ribbed stainless trim rings too 4 new TPMS sensor/stems and a new set of tires and am adding white walls from tirestickers.com to those tires as well. To top it off I got Fiat stick on emblems to go on the moon cap centers. I have the factory 15 inch aluminum wheels and tires on there now but will leave them all together as a complete set so I can sell them as new take offs. All this is going to cost less than 1000.00 USD. I am told the factory lug nuts I have will work with the steel wheels.

Project underway... Just bought it as a new left over 2017 on Jan 5 for the wife and have already put in LED headlamp bulbs (NICE), front and rear mud guards, window in channel wind guards, changed the radio to a 2017 Abarth GPS radio and used the factory roof antenna for the GPS with an adapter wire, removed the rear seat and made a flat floor conversion, rigged up cargo nets to hold everything in place and a cargo cover to hide it all, installed an Injen short ram intake, got LED fog lamps (not installed yet - still waiting on the bezels), made a white vinyl circle and 8 to make the black shift handle into an 8 ball, made a custom front license plate mount that does not require holes or block air flow, and more stuff I am forgetting. The custom wheels with whitewalls will be the crowning touch. Got a dealer appointment for 2 weeks from now to get the flashing odometer fixed with a proxy alignment and full synthetic oil change and install the Fumoto valve (will have about 1k miles then). I also ordered several Mopar oil filters, a multiaire filter, tool to remove the multiaire filter, socket to remove the oil filter, 5w30 full synthetic oil, etc...

The Smoothies will fit without a issue I spoke to several people at Wheels Vintiques. No eed for spaces or anything direct fit multiple bolt pattern 4x100 and 4x98, I superimposed them on my Fiat Pop via Photoshop, since I have been thinking of getting them too. smoothies_blue_pop.jpg

Wheels finally came a couple weeks ago - 4.5 month wait for the wheels. I got the tires mounted and tried to install last night - no love. The wheels look really nice and the dual bolt pattern fit 98mm or 100mm pattern like it should BUT they are touching the brake caliper holder. I called Summit Racing and was advised to call Wheel Vintiques about the issue. I have ordered a set of generic multi-fit 3.5mm thick spacers from Summit to hopefully get them to fit. (DOES ANYONE KNOW A PROPER THIN SPACER AVAILABLE PLEASE?). I called Wheel Vintiques to advise of my issue and the fellow I spoke to said they are direct fit and they have had no issues reported from anyone else. He did not seem too interested in my concern and directed me back to Summit Racing. I find this a bit concerning since my car is un-modified 2017 POP with 3k miles. When I finally get this issue resolved I plan to have Summit contact Wheel Vintiques and then re-contact management them for proper customer service. In no way should it take 4.5 months to get the wheels - then they did not include the center caps as indicated (Summit made it right - they have been great) and now they do not fit as advertised. I should not be inconvenienced or out of pocket to handle Wheel Vintque's issues.

Too bad your having a bad experience with Wheels Vintiques. At least summit is helping you. I talked to Wheels Vintiques about these wheels and they told me they would fit without spacers but said they "might" need them. They should have the spacers your looking for. Hopefully you get these issues resolved. Your right about the wait time way too long of a wait. Keep after them until your happy mention your on a forum and you could spread the word about poor customer service and not proper fitment. I will not be buying wheels from them that's for sure.

Got them on finally - NOW HOW DO I GET THE CAR TO RECOGNIZE THE NEW TPMS SENSORS? I got new sensors which were supposed to be the proper ones but now I got a TPMS light on and no pressure readings on the dash display. I had to get creative to make the wheels fit - the 20190515_200342.jpggeneric spacers did not work - had to grind a bit on the rear bracket - fronts fit nicely
