Do I want to know why it was at Midas?

What makes you say Navy? Location and mileage?

One owner, bought in SC, serviced in CA, sold in MN... all dealers near major Naval bases.

As with any used car, always best to have it examined by a mechanic before purchase. The last couple year's Miata has had some non-engine electric problems.

    Happy Friday all!

I missed the service in CA! Honestly I worry less about PPI when I am buying something still under warranty. That said, I wish I would have had someone inspect my Abarth. Would have been told to pass or ask for a couple thousand less. Owell, live and learn.

<nodding> Been there! My friend bought a 6 mo car, maybe 5 years ago. For the next year I think he spent more time in a loaner car.

Just had an AC unit pump fail about 5 tiles away from my head, kinda wish it leaked onto me so I could go home for the rest of the day

Is that how it works in your office? We just call that an occupational hazard here, and you feel lucky if it's water. =P

Tho, I suppose, if it destroys your tower... what are you gonna do for the rest of the day?

(I exaggerate... I've never been drenched at work, but working in the lab there's a moderately good chance you'll get sprayed with... something. Nothing hazardous, but harder to get out of clothes, definitely.)

No, that's not how it works I'm technically construction. I've been in my office coated in mud/snow etc. I'd just use it as an excuse to go home today

In the past I've had to take half days cause my PC tower went down. There's only so many floor one can sweep while waiting before calling it a day.
