Yesterday I made the mistake of driving over a snow covered concrete parking lot island/divider and found that I had sheered the lower sub frame brace (??) in half.
All I can seem to find for replacements are aftermarket ones such as the CORSA FORZA / DNA subframe brace. Which unfortunately since I am in Canada the exchange rate is terrible and shipping is $70 USD. Ends up being around $300 Canadian plus maybe duties as it crosses the border. The increased rigidity of these braces are appealing but this is my DD and would feel like $300 for this part would be overkill.
I am more inclined to just replace it with stock at this point but cannot figure out what the stock part number is or what it is called. Trying to figure it out so I can either get one from online, the wreckers, or order a new one from the dealership.
