I had that issue fixed about a month ago as soon as I saw it here. Dropped off my 2015 500e to Key Chrysler in Xenia, OH. No issues. Staff was super friendly. My coworker also took his their last week. Neither of us had experienced any of the issues in the notice. We just wanted it taken care of. The previous "recall" had already been done on mine.

I got it and took it in last month to McHugh in Zanesville, OH. They were really nice and charged my car for my ride back as well! They were the closest dealer I could find that could service the 500e after talking to another 500e owner at a drive electric event over the summer. I'll maybe try for that one in Xenia next time as it's good to know there's another option.

I had mine done last Monday. No issues until last night when I got a charge error on the Level 2 charger at work. Charged at home on the Fiat charger without issue. This morning it still won't charge on the Level 2 charger at work but it will charge on the Fiat one. Guess I'll be taking it back in...

Had mine done Monday as well. Does not seem like anything is different. The receipt mentions it as a "Recall". $0 was the receipt amount.

Well, my car won't charge past 95% ever since the software update unless I restart a charge cycle manually. According to the 500e Facebook group it appears that I am not the only one.

I just had 4 recalls performed on my 2013 500e. Prior to the recall work the hv battery would charge to 100% with no issues. After recall work was performed, I get anywhere from 92-97%. I also noticed my 12v socket is always at 14.7v when I'm in drive. Is everyone that has received the updates having the same issues?

I think the important thing here is any of us having this issue need to keep pressure on Fiat Chrysler FCA for this. Make sure you report it to the dealership and make sure they pass this along to the tech line.

This looks like it's a software bug, maybe some of are corner cases. If I re-plug the car in it will charge to full. It also seems to charge to full on the 2nd charge of the day. At first I thought it might be somewhat related to the face that I am using an odd ball 25A EVSE signal, but after playing around with that it is definitely not the problem.

Edit from a few hours later:

I received an email from my local dealer who applied the update and they indicated they had another car back in there for the same concern after the software update. They have submitted a "star case" to corporate. I'm awaiting a verification that I am included in that report.

When I charge at work, sometimes the charging will end at about 96%, but after I start the car and move it to a regular parking spot, it says 100%. I think it might be an issue with updating the display rather than with charging itself.

Mine definitely stops at either 94% or 95% and starts counting down from there when I drive. I also get more regen during the first few blocks than I normally would. My arrive home percent charge is also 5% less than expected.

Furthermore, if I force it to start charging again it will count up to 100% over the next 20 minutes or so.

I actually want this "feature" as an option, not a normal occurrence. The car would be more efficient if it started with a ~80% charge where it would allow full regen from the start.
