Air Ride or Airbag Suspension Setup

Is anyone running air suspension instead of springs or coils? If so, what brand did you choose and why? Do you have any pictures or insight into how to run the air lines or set up the management system? After a couple hour drive this past weekend on coilovers (RIP my spine), I've realized that if I want to sit as low as I do, I'll need an on-the-fly adjustment system.

    Any insight is helpful, thanks.

One of my cars is bagged although not the Abarth. I am running Airlift Performance along with Airlift 3H management on my B6 S4. The Airlift Performance struts are coilover based. I went with Airlift 3H for management instead of Acccuair because it allows not only for height management but the pressure management as well which Accuair lacks. That being said, there are a lot of other brands such as Airruner, Airrex, etc which are just as reputable although more Japanese. Accuair and Airlift although US based companies, both support more European vehicles. I would stay away from the cheaper brands for bags such as D2, or even Raceland now.

One of our past clients ran a set of Airlift bags on his base 500.

I know airrex has a Fiat 500 kit and should be fine for the Abarths as well: https://www.vividracing.com/-p-15084...UaAkltEALw_wcB

I knew if we had a guy with knowledge of bags on here they'd be off the west coast. No disrespect to the other parts of the country. But if they make a bag kit guys on the west coast seem to get a better choice or is it just me. Good info sir thank you

Nah, there are lot of guys running bagged cars back east especially in the VW/Audi Scene haha. The bagged 500 in that youtube vid is in Texas actually. There are probably a ton of shops in Florida and up and down the east coast with air suspension install/fabrication knowledge.

As an update i found this kit on Bagriders, and this is what i plan on running for bags:
    https://www.bagriders.com/suspension...nsion-kit.html

New wheels are ordered and should be in this week, and once the wife and I get back from Thailand i'll be ordering the bags and 3P management system.

Will try and keep this thread posted as best as i can with updates.

In December the bags and struts came in from UAS. "Bolt-in" is a very loose term, as these definitely don't seem bolt in, unless i'm just dumb. The rears bags sit where the springs sit, and appear that the top cone on the car will need to be trimmed to fit. But the fronts i'm totally stuck on. There's some screws and also a nut on top that might come off, but without and impact I haven't been able to get anywhere. I've attached some pictures to show what the top of the front air strut looks like, and if anyone has any insight as to how this might fit, let me know. I've reached out to both Bagriders and UAS and haven't really gotten very far. I'm surprised that UAS would make a direct bolt in kit for the fiat and not have instructions somewhere... I guess time will tell.
