Correct rear wiper size is 11"

I hope this helps others as a google search and a search of advanced auto's computer system turned up nothing on the rear wiper size for the X. I wouldn't think something so basic would be so difficult to find.

    Thanks for the info.

I think the main problem is with Advance Auto in this case, on another company website I was able to find rear blades for the 500X with no problem.

To keep all the information in one place...what are the sizes for the front? I tried googling when I was at Costco looking but a couple different sizes showed up and wasn’t easy to find.

Fiat 500X wiper sizes and part numbers

    Repair Manual says:

"The left blade is 65 centimeters (25.5 inches) long and the right blade is 36 centimeters (14.125 inches) long. "

    Here are some part numbers:

Drivers side part # 68285083AA $27.79 on Rock Auto
Pass Side Wiper part # 68296808AA $24.79 on Rock Auto

Personally, I bought a set of wipers at the dealer for my Abarth and they a million times better and stronger than the top of the line aftermarket Bosch wipers you typically find at a retail parts store. They were also about the same price.

Here is the rear wiper part number. Looks like it comes with the arm attached. If the wiper comes off, it may be possible to match up a wiper at Autozone as they have some special rear wipers that may fit.

Rear wiper blade/arm part number 68398864AA $36.99 at Rock Auto

Factory manual lists the wiper size as 26.00 centimeters (10.24 inches) long with a non-replaceable element (squeegee).

To clarify, you CAN replace ONLY the wiper blade (squeegee) in the rear. That's what the Advancd Auto worker did to mine after the arm was refusing to pop off and he was afraid to break it. The rear wiper is not an easily replaced item on the X because the arm doesn't pivot off of the glass like most, giving you little room to work. There is a video on YouTube showing how to do it and it suggests using a screwdriver to put pressure in a certain area to get the arm to pop off.

Was it the wiper insert (rubber) or the whole blade?

He grabbed a box with the whole unit but removed the rubber insert from it and slid it on my existing Fiat blade. Works fine. $13.99, a LOT cheaper.
