First thing I did was install the Draw Tite hitch so that I could take my Trek to the trails. Was a pretty easy install. I didn’t even have to move the spare tire or the exhaust. And it is solid and works well.

Bought some 500Madness Aggressive II springs for it. The rear took literally 5 minutes. I reused the rubber spring bushings in the rear for now. Might take them out later if it’s not low enough. The Kit did NOT come with bump stops tho, so I just cut the stock ones in half for now. No issues so far.

The front took about an hour with a ****ty, electric, harbor freight impact. Did not use a spring compressor at all. Also cut the bump stops in half and zip tied that big rubber sleeve in the middle of the spring so it would stay in place.

Was supposed to be 2 inch front and 2.5 inch rear. The real numbers are more like 1 1/3 inch front and 1.75 rear. I hope it settles and goes lower because I bought these because I wanted 2 and 2.5.....BUT, it is lower, it looks better, it still clears speed bumps. I made it all the way to the 7th floor of the parking garage at work with no scrape or issues. Here is before and after.

Does the Go Pedal make that much of a difference? I gotta look into this.

Not a big mod, but my stubby antenna came in today. Got one from Torque Solution. It’s billet aluminum, powder coated, and has a set screw to keep it in place. Feels solid and the radio works great with it.
