What bolt do I need for the back hole on the front belly pan?

I have a '13 Abarth and heard something dragging when I backed out this morning.

I tried calling my local dealer parts and they couldn't tell me what it was, but that is wasn't in stock.

I've read that you use a 10mm socket to take it off, but I'm kind of stuck here.

    Anyone have the info?

I did confirm that it rattled out and not that it sheared off at least.
